JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES is committed to providing competitive fees commensurate with the nature of the action or matter involved. These fees range from an hourly rate, blended hourly/contingency rate, flat fee, or contingency rate, whatever best suits your needs.

JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES is further committed to reducing expenses incurred by eliminating such “built-in” costs most attorneys charge such as charges for incomplete telephone calls and secretarial time, as well as eliminating standardized billing, i.e., minimum standard hourly billings for motions and appearances regardless of the actual time utilized, as well as continuing to retain experts with whom we have dealt with in the past in order to ensure quality services at appropriate rates.
